About Me

My name is Guseva Galina, I am a Russian-born Hungarian lawyer and legal translator.

Already in high school, I got acquainted with the basics of legal sciences, which later determined my profession.

After completing a two-year law course in Russia, I came to Hungary as part of a student exchange program. In Hungary, I studied the Hungarian language for a year, and then continued to study law at the Eötvös Lorand University at the Faculty of Science of State and Law.

After graduating from the university, I worked for many years in a Hungarian law office, in the field of classical civil and economic law. As part of this, I was mainly involved in real estate transactions, corporate law, civil litigation, but along with this I also gained experience in the areas of migration and patent law.

Over time, I successfully passed the qualifying legal exam, as well as certification exams as a specialist in translation and interpreting from Russian into Hungarian and vice versa.

Later, for several years, under agency contracts, I collaborated with other law firms, lawyers, translation agencies, a public organization, in various areas of law, I did a lot of research in the field of both Russian and Hungarian law, as well as legal translations.

As a private attorney with many years of professional experience, I provide my clients with a full range of legal services in the areas of civil litigation, corporate law, law related to real estate transactions, patent law, migration and inheritance law, whether it is sale of real estate, establishment of a legal entity, arbitration proceedings, applications for a temporary or permanent residence permit or inheritance procedure.

As an additional activity, I also do legal translations and interpretations from Hungarian into Russian and vice versa.
